Enjoyed shaking cocktails with us? Here are a few favourites you can make again at home. Measurements below are for one drink; adjust to your taste and serve responsibly.
Pornstar Martini
Coupe glass. 25ml Passoã, 25ml vodka, 15ml vanilla syrup and 75ml passionfruit juice. Shake with ice, fine strain into the glass and serve with a chilled shot of prosecco on the side. Garnish with half a passionfruit.
Pineapple Daiquiri
Coupe glass. 30ml white rum, 75ml pineapple juice, 15ml sugar or vanilla syrup and 15ml fresh lime juice. Shake with ice until cold, then fine strain. Add a pineapple wedge or lime wheel.
Elderflower Cooler
Highball glass. 50ml gin or vodka, 25ml elderflower cordial, 75ml soda water or lemonade, four cucumber slices and four mint leaves. Add cucumber and mint, fill with ice, pour in the spirit and cordial, then top up and stir gently.
Sex on the Beach
Highball glass. 25ml vodka, 25ml peach schnapps, 50ml orange juice and 50ml cranberry juice. Build over ice, add the cranberry juice slowly and stir gently. Garnish as you like.
