The right hen party supplier should make the plan clearer, not leave you guessing. Before you commit, be specific about what the group wants, where you are staying, and how much time the activity needs. Then ask the provider to confirm the details in writing.
Ask who will arrive
Oliver has worked at hen parties since 2018 and personally knows the people he sends for our core activities. He still hosts cocktail masterclasses and life-drawing sessions himself. When you enquire, it is Oliver you speak to; he checks who is available and suitable for your location rather than promising a person before checking.
Compare the total, not the headline price
Ask what is included, whether travel is extra, how a smaller group is charged and what deposit is due. For our cocktail classes, three cocktails cost £40 per person and four cost £45, including spirits, ice, mixers, garnishes, ingredients and glassware. The minimum charge is £400 or £450. Our life drawing is 90 minutes: £25 per person, or £22.50 paid in full; the bride goes free within ten total attendees. Butlers and male performers cost £180 each with travel included, with the deposit confirmed for your location.
Check the venue fit
Confirm the venue permits outside suppliers, provides suitable space, and has clear access and parking arrangements. If a surprise is involved, agree a contact person and arrival plan. For performer bookings, share your brief and ask which themes or outfits the available person offers.
Understand partner recommendations
We can recommend local providers for experiences such as chefs, pampering, accommodation, wine tasting and outdoor activities. The partner delivers and sells their own service. We may earn a referral commission when a booking results; we will seek your permission before sharing your contact details with a named partner.
Tell Oliver about the weekend or ask for a free 15-minute call to talk through the options.
