A party activity should feel like it belongs at your celebration. The right host reads the room, puts guests at ease and gives everyone something to talk about afterwards. That is why choosing the person behind the service matters as much as choosing cocktails, life drawing or entertainment from a list.
Start with the kind of party you want
Some groups want an easy icebreaker before dinner. Others want a lively afternoon with games, a surprise performance later, or a combination that fills the day. Tell Oliver about the bride and the people coming. A funny, relaxed host may be perfect for one group; another may want a more polished or spicy moment.
We can also help with birthdays, ladies’ nights and other celebrations. The service is planned around the group, so you do not have to fit a particular party label to enquire.
Cocktail masterclasses: everyone gets involved
A mobile cocktail masterclass brings the activity to your accommodation or chosen venue. The host guides guests through making three cocktails for £40 per person or four for £45 per person over two hours. Spirits, ice, mixers, garnishes, ingredients and glassware are included.
The minimum charge is based on ten people: £400 or £450. Smaller groups can still book by paying that minimum. Tell us the actual number attending and the venue postcode so the team can prepare properly.
Life drawing: a cheeky icebreaker
Our life-drawing class lasts 90 minutes. Guests do not need to be artists; the fun is in trying something together and comparing the results. The standard rate is £25 per person, or £22.50 if paid in full.
For a hen party, the bride goes free within ten total attendees. That means a minimum of nine paying guests: £225 at the standard rate or £202.50 paid in full. A smaller group can book at the same minimum charge. If you are thinking about life drawing followed by cocktails, ask about availability and a combination quote.
Buff butlers: someone to get the party started
A buff butler is there for two hours at £180 per butler, with travel included. He can serve drinks, pour fizz, hand out shots, help with games and organise group photos. You can book more than one for a larger group, subject to availability.
Tell us what you want him to do. A clear brief helps the butler fit into your plans, whether the group wants a warm welcome, help hosting games or someone who keeps the energy up while everyone arrives.
Male performers: agree the surprise in advance
A male performer costs £180 for a 15–20 minute performance, with travel included and optional photos afterwards. You can give the performer a brief and ask what themes or outfits may be available. The finish can be a G-string or Full Monty; tell Oliver what the bride and guests would be comfortable with.
Photos of a proposed performer can be shown before booking, although a booking made far ahead may need a different performer if the team changes. Oliver will be clear about who is available for your date.
Why we plan it personally
Oliver started working hen parties as a buff butler in 2018, then moved into cocktails and life drawing. He still hosts cocktail and drawing sessions himself. Over the years he has worked with party hosts, models and cocktail makers he knows personally. When you enquire, it is Oliver you speak to; he checks who is free and close enough for your venue before confirming an arrangement.
That personal contact also helps when you are trying to combine activities or choose the right order. We offer a free 15-minute planning call if you want to talk it through with a real person.
Send your date, location, group size and activity choices. Tick more than one service if you like, and add your party brief in the notes. Oliver will come back with what can be arranged.
